Over 30 years ago, Bio-Oil was the first brand to use oil to improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Today, thanks to its unique and innovative formula, it is the No. 1 product for the treatment of these skin imperfections worldwide.




Need
To lay the foundations for the brand's digital communication at the European level
With a view to increasing performance and positioning the brand as the best ally for skin care, standardizing digital communication at the European level, the development of a new Brand website was requested, to be released in various countries starting from Italy and Belgium.
Solution
Narrating the evolution from brand to product line
The new version of the site, developed with a mobile-first approach, presents a completely renewed design to tell the story of the Bio-Oil world and give greater visibility to the line-extension that the brand has been launching in recent years to expand its offer of skincare products.
The easy and intuitive user interface - developed in compliance with Google's Core Web Vitals - guides the user to discover the products, starting from the classic Bio-Oil, the famous oil sold worldwide for stretch marks, scars and dry skin, up to the new Bio-Oil Natural with 100% vegetable ingredients, passing through the Dry Skin Gel with its innovative texture.
Each product page, rich in animations that engage the user and encourage them to continue the discovery, tells the characteristics, ingredients and benefits of the formulation with detailed and dynamic storytelling.
